Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, including all original accessories, cables, chargers and packaging, with no damage beyond normal testing and setup.
A few items are not eligible for return. Software license keys and digital downloads cannot be returned once activated or installed, and items missing their original accessories, chargers or packaging may only qualify for a partial refund.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Software license keys and digital downloads once activated
- Items damaged from misuse, liquid exposure, or unauthorised repairs
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
- Any laptop, desktop, or device with obvious signs of use beyond normal testing
- Any accessory such as a charger, cable, mouse, or keyboard that has been opened or shows signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
